How do I go about looking for bands & navigating your site?
One of three ways...
1. Click on 'Bands for Hire' & Search the contents, via their different catagories.
2. Click on 'Bands for Hire' & scroll down and view each artists profile.
3. Click on the 'Location Map' & Click on a Town/City near you.
What if the band, I have selected isn't available?
We will try, to the best of our ability to provide you with you're first choice. But when choosing a band, please consider a second option in case your first choice has already been booked.
What do I do, once I've made my decision?
Click the 'Contact Us' (Top right hand corner, below that is a 'Booking Inquiry Form') Fill out the form below and press send. We will get back to you within 24 hours of your enquiry, with a quote. (Due to some bands being in high demand, quotes are valid for 7 days. To secure your selection a deposit is required)
How much of a deposit is required? & How will I know my selection is confirmed?
For Bandaids to confirm your booking, we require a 25% deposit, payable within 7 days of receiving your quote. We will contact you via telephone & follow up with an email confirming your booking. If we haven't heard from you within 7 days, your quote is deemed null & void. (This gives our musicians an opportunity to be available for other bookings. All the while giving you 7 days to decide whats right for you.)
How soon, after paying the 25% deposit is the balance required?
The balance is required 30 days prior to the event.
Is there a cancellation fee? If so how much?
There is a cancellation fee:
From the date of confirmation till
28 days prior to the event 25% deposit
21 days prior to the event 40%
14 days prior to the event 60%
7 days prior to the event 80%
(This fee goes to the band for loss of earning & potential booking, travel & accomodation expences)
Bandaids also understands that due to unforseen circumstances beyond our control, things happen. With that in mind Bandaids will try their utmost to find an amicable arrangement for all parties concerned.
How much does it cost to have a Band profile on 'BandAids'?
No Charge for the first 12 months. After that 12 month period it will be an annual fee of $50.00 plus Gst which equates to approx. $5.50 a month...Which 'BandAids' reserves the right to wavier. (It's basically an administrative fee, for up keep of website)
This fee can also be added on to our commision fee, if preferred.
How do I go about getting my band or act on Bandaids?
One of 3 ways...
1. Go to 'Contact Us' (Top right hand corner) & fill out the Band Registration Form.
2. Email to: bandaids@outlook.com Band/Members Profile, photographs for gallery & links to utube or Vimeo
3. Give us a call on 027 293 6952 and we can discuss your options.
How much does it cost to have a Band profile on 'BandAids'?

How much would it cost, if I would like to be added to 'BandAids' Directory? eg. My business or As a Live Venue etc.
A payment of $25.00 plus gst. for six months or $50.00 plus gst for 12 months. If you click on contact us (top right hand corner) There is a 'Music Directory Listing Application Form' that can be filled out any further information is listed on that page.
What do I need to do, if I want to be on 'BandAids' Website?
Simply fill out the form on the 'Contact Us' page. State your inquiry & we will get back to to within 24 hours or fill out the form that applies to your request. Under the contact us form heading
